Rizwan has also raised concerns about his reputation and cricket career, asking whether the Pakistan Cricket Board or the International Cricket Council’s Anti-Corruption Unit have been informed about the inquiry. He wants to know if investigators have contacted either body for information.<\/p>\n

Despite his pointed questions, Rizwan has emphasized his willingness to cooperate fully with any lawful investigation. He appeared before the NCCIA on September 10, when officials again accessed his unlocked phone and reviewed messages and other material.<\/p>\n

Agency sources earlier claimed Rizwan had been uncooperative, saying investigators struggled to reach him and that he repeatedly said he needed to consult his lawyer before responding.
